a 5-15 minute ritual of softening the protective walls formed around the womb and yoni; through non-invasive, gentle steaming. suppressed energy in this area manifests physically as tension, discomfort during intimacy and/or painful menstrual cycles. as women, it is only through establishing safety and trust within our bodies that we can finally access this nourishing, creative, sensual presence of our feminine and allow her to guide us on our path forward. **this ritual is intended for women to journey through only during the follicular, ovulation and luteal phases // do not steam while you are bleeding.
